Service Advisor M/F (1) Post

Responsibilities

· Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing information about services and repairs.

· Communicating with customers, technicians, and sales representatives to coordinate repairs and services.

· Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

· Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service they received.

· Prepare relevant customer information and particulars on check sheet.

· Perform pre-acceptance inspection upon the arrival car.

· Prepare and fill the necessary information on the work order.

· Update and acquire customer approval on status of the required additional job activity.

· Provide job explanation after repair that has been carried out.

· Using sales-minded professionalism to suggest products and services to customers

AGTI or B.Tech or BE (Mechatronic or Mechanical or Electrical)

Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role

Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
