Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative, engaging video concepts.
Research trends and audience preferences to create videos that resonate and align with the brand's goals.
Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and websites.
Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos with seamless transitions, clear audio, and eye-catching effects such as animations and subtitles.
Optimize video content for each platform, ensuring correct formats, lengths, and resolution to maximize audience impact.
Stay consistent with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity in all video creations.
Monitor video performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and ideas for improvement.
Organize, maintain, and operate video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio tools.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.
Off Day: Saturday & Sunday and Gazette Holidays.

Job Requirements
Any Graduate
Experience making videos and using editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects.
Skills in shooting, lighting, and visual storytelling.
A creative thinker who can turn ideas into eye-catching videos.
Knowledge of creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
