Senior Marketing Executive (1) Post

●Lead the planning and execution of brand and product marketing campaigns across digital, BTL, and TTL channels
● Develop campaign briefs, coordinate timelines, and assign tasks across internal team members and external partners
● Track campaign performance (KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and analyze results to provide actionable insights
● Maintain brand consistency across all creative output, messaging, and touchpoints
● Oversee the content calendar, including social media posts, promotions, influencer collaborations, and media buying activities
● Supervise the creative team (Content Writer and Graphic Designer), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with brand standards
● Manage relationships with digital vendors and creative agencies as needed
● Collaborate with the Activation Team to develop BTL materials and ensure message alignment in field and in-store campaigns
● Support TTL initiatives by integrating digital elements with on-ground activations (e.g., QR codes, promos)
● Ensure proper documentation of campaign briefs, feedback rounds, approvals, and final creative outputs
