Agribusiness Originally operating under Diamond Star Co., Ltd., CDSG’s entire Agribusiness division was consolidated into its subsidiary, Aventine Limited (“Aventine”), in 2014, which later became a member of Lluvia, CDSG’s joint venture with Mitsubishi Corporation. Over the past two decades, Aventine has grown into Myanmar’s leading importer and supplier of quality fertilizers, quality plant protection products and quality seeds which are marketed under the well-loved ARMO, Eagle and Diamond seeds brands. ARMO, the flagship brand of Aventine, is the market leader in the high-quality compound fertilizer segment and a leading brand in the plant protection segment. Aventine is also one of the largest exporters of agricultural commodities, providing support to thousands of farmers who grow paddy, corns, potatoes, green mung beans, pulses and other crops.
